A deeply restorative and holistic session designed to support balance, harmony, and inner calm. Each experience is guided with care, blending intuitive awareness with a thoughtful understanding of crystals and energy.
What’s Included
Pre-Session Consultation (10 minutes)
A quiet space to discuss your needs and intentions, allowing the session to be gently tailored to you.
Crystal Healing Session (60 minutes)
A guided healing experience incorporating chakra assessment, crystal placement, light column therapy, and sound to support energetic alignment and deep relaxation.
Post-Session Integration (10 minutes)
Time to reflect on your experience, with gentle guidance for continued self-care. You will also be introduced to the crystals used during your session.
Session Details
Duration:80 minutes
Approach:A clothing-on, minimal-contact session using crystals and sound to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance.
Techniques:
Meditation, breathwork, chakra balancing, light column therapy, and sound healing using instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, monochord, tuning forks, drums, along with mantras, mudras, and selected essential oils.
Led by Yin
Each session is personally guided by Yin, a qualified Gemmologist (FGA), Certified Advanced Crystal Master, and Jikiden Reiki® Practitioner & Shihankaku.
As a registered and insured healer with the Norwegian Spiritualist Healers' Association (NSH), she offers her work with care, presence, and deep respect for each individual’s journey.
