What’s Included

Pre-Session Consultation (10 minutes)
A quiet space to set intentions and gently prepare for your session.

Crystal & Sound Healing (50 minutes)
A guided session incorporating chakra assessment, crystal placement, light column therapy, and sound to support relaxation and energetic alignment.

Crystal Body Layout (20 minutes)
A focused crystal arrangement tailored to your chosen theme, allowing deeper support in a specific area of need.

Post-Session Integration (10 minutes)
Time to reflect, receive guidance for self-care, and learn about the crystals used during your session.

Session Details

Duration: 90 minutes

Approach:

A clothing-on, minimal-contact session using crystals, light, and sound to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance.

Techniques:
Meditation, breathwork, chakra balancing, light column therapy, and sound healing using instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, monochord, tuning forks, and drums, supported by mantras, mudras, and selected essential oils.

This extended session builds upon a full Crystal & Sound Healing, with added focus through the crystal body layout to deepen your experience.

Sessions are held in a calm and welcoming space at the crystal shop in Trondheim.
