About Jikiden Reiki®

Jikiden Reiki® (直傳靈氣) is the traditional Japanese form of Reiki, preserved and practised as it was originally taught in Japan.

The original term, Shin Shin Kaizen Usui Reiki Ryoho(心身改善臼井靈氣療法), translates as “Usui Reiki Therapy for the Improvement of Body and Mind.” This approach focuses on supporting the natural flow of energy within the body, allowing balance to return in a simple and direct way.

Yin’s Jikiden Reiki® Lineage

Yin’s practice follows the direct Jikiden Reiki® lineage, preserving the original teachings as they were passed down in Japan

What’s Included

Pre-Session Consultation (10 minutes)
A quiet conversation to understand your needs and gently prepare for the session.

Jikiden Reiki® Session (60 minutes)
A hands-on, clothing-on session where Reiki is offered through the practitioner’s hands to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance.

Post-Session Integration (10 minutes)
Time to reflect on your experience and receive simple guidance for continued support.

Duration: 80 minutes

Approach: A clothing-on, hands-on session offered in a calm and supportive environment.

Important Note

This session is focused solely on Jikiden Reiki®.

In-Person or Distance Sessions

In-Person
Held in a quiet and welcoming space at the crystal shop in Trondheim.

Distance Session (Enkaku Reiki)
Also available as a distance session, where Reiki is offered beyond physical presence. You may receive the session from the comfort of your own space, allowing for a quiet and uninterrupted experience.

Before your session, simply find a quiet, comfortable space where you can rest undisturbed, allowing yourself to relax and receive.
